Some places that were once hot spots for Covid-19 such as France, Italy, Greece, and Spain are ready for a summer full of tourists.

According to the latest update from CNN, Singapore reopened Jewel Changi Airport after nearly a month of closure. India is still dealing with a devastating pandemic, but the good news is that infections are decreasing. The Taj Mahal and several other monuments have been reopened. Abu Dhabi, UAE ends the mandatory isolation for international travelers from July 1. It is also the day Phuket, Thailand opens to welcome guests. The island government expects to welcome 600,000 visitors from July to September, of which about 130,000 are international visitors.

The European Union announced the beginning of the lifting of travel restrictions for travelers from 14 countries: Albania, USA, Japan, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Rwanda, Singapore, Serbia, Korea, Thailand and China. Surely after this move, it is expected to welcome more international visitors this summer.

Denmark is open to fully vaccinated visitors from the UK and US. Norway accepts travelers with two vaccinations to be exempted from quarantine upon entry. Cyrup Island is open to vaccinated guests from 65 countries and territories. Slovenia has also begun to reopen tourism with a request to provide a test certificate.

And Croatia welcomes vaccinated guests, or guests present enough PCR test paper negative for nCoV. In addition, people who have contracted nCoV and recovered within 180 days and not less than 11 days from the date of entry are also accepted. Ireland will welcome visitors from the EU, UK, and US from July 19. Switzerland hopes to open its doors in time to welcome vaccinated guests from June 28.

In North America, on June 15, all restrictions were almost lifted in New York, USA when about 70% of people aged 18 and over here were vaccinated. California reopened on the same day, followed by San Francisco in August. Canada still extended its non-essential travel restrictions on international visitors until July 21.
